Do all the franchise locations need to be on on this?
You don't need the approval of upper management or a collective use to use this feature. All the software does it look for people in our pool who have already worked at one of your locations. However, if you are able to get other locations nearby to participate, you can have more staff to share.
What about the paperwork?
We understand that each location operates their payroll and recruitment independently. That's why you can use this as a way to access talent temporarily with no paperwork. We handle everything, with one invoice for you.
What if all the locations want in on this?
